If you sell on eBay Live, you already know the pattern. A buyer wins a lot, then another, then six more before the show ends. Each win arrives as its own order. By the time you sit down to pack, one person has eight separate sales in your list and you are hunting through them to make sure everything goes in the same box.
What the numbers look like in a real eBay Live shop
These figures come from the ScanJunki founder's own eBay shop, ecomkings0, which sells mostly through eBay Live. Over 30 days to 17 September 2026:
- 8,345 orders from 1,536 buyers
- 85% of those orders went to a buyer who placed another order to the same address within 48 hours
- Those 7,105 orders could go out as 1,213 parcels, not 7,105
- Only 61 orders arrived with more than one item in them. eBay Live sales come in one lot at a time
- The largest single buyer had 242 orders in that month
So for a shop like this, most of the work is not packing items. It is working out which orders belong together.
The manual way
Most sellers do it by sorting the Seller Hub order list by buyer, ticking through each one, writing the items down and printing a label per order or buying one label and marking the rest as dispatched by hand. It works, but it is slow, and the mistakes it causes are the expensive kind: an item left out of a parcel, a buyer who gets three boxes and three lots of postage cost, or an order marked as sent that never was.
How ScanJunki does it
The Shipping tab in ScanJunki's Seller Tools reads your open eBay orders and groups them for you:
- One parcel per buyer and address. Every order to the same buyer at the same address is put together, however many lots they won.
- Biggest bundles first. Buyers with the most orders waiting sit at the top, because that is where the time goes.
- Packing lists you can print. One sheet per parcel with the delivery address, every item and its order number, and a tick box beside each line. Print one or print all of them in one go.

On the day we built it, the founder's own shop had 554 open orders. Grouped by buyer, that was 245 parcels. The biggest single parcel held 22 orders.

Common questions
Does this change anything on eBay? No. Reading your open orders and printing packing lists changes nothing on eBay.
What counts as the same parcel? Orders from the same buyer to the same delivery address. If a buyer sends two orders to different addresses, they stay as two parcels.
Does it work if I do not sell on eBay Live? Yes. Any buyer who buys more than once before you post gets grouped the same way. eBay Live simply makes it happen far more often.
How far back does it look? Open orders from the last 90 days that are not yet marked as dispatched.
